All of their workout apps are so great and easy to follow. Theres great variety in exercises and the progress tracking is great motivation. Awesome apps.
Overall great app!
Good idea but extremely frustrating when it screws up and you lose track of your workout.
Love the app. So easy to use. Perfect for daily use.
The workouts themselves are great, but each exercise was set to a timer not reps and since there was no voice directions I had to keep stopping to check when the time was done, what was the next exercise... It wasnt very helpful with all the pausing.
